Commencement of the largest foreign-funded resin project introduced by Panjin

good news came from Panjin liaobinyan Sea Economic Zone with a tensile strength of 80MPa. The first Taiwanese invested enterprise settled in the zone and the largest foreign-funded project introduced by Panjin City since its establishment - Taiwan Changchun enterprise group (Panjin) petrochemical base project started laying the Foundation recently

as an important investment attraction project in Panjin, the total investment of Taiwan Changchun enterprise group (Panjin) petrochemical base project is planned to be 16billion yuan. The construction is divided into three phases. The first phase is expected to invest 3billion yuan. At present, there are more and more varieties of thermal insulation materials in the construction market, including 150000 T/a butanediol, 60000 T/a polytetramethylene ether glycol, 50000 T/A epoxy resin and 450 t/h × 60MW thermal power plant and other projects are expected to be completed by the end of 2012. Phase II and phase III respectively invested 3billion yuan and 10billion yuan to build propylene alcohol, chlor alkali and other projects. After the completion of all three phases of the project, the largest single production line of epoxy resin and poly (tetramethylene ether glycol) in China will be built mainly for the production of epoxy resin, poly (tetramethylene ether glycol) and other chemical raw materials, and the total output value is expected to reach 25billion yuan. Epoxy resin is an important thermosetting plastic, which can be widely used in chemical industry, light industry, water conservancy, transportation, machinery, electronics, home appliances, automobile, aerospace and other industrial fields; Poly (tetramethylene ether glycol) is mainly used to produce spandex fiber, polyurethane elastomer and ester ether copolymer. After the project is put into operation, it will meet the demand for raw materials for spandex production and change the situation that domestic related products rely heavily on imports
